I needed a swift kick in the rear to get moving on some Ab work and this is perfect. I started the challenge yesterday and let me tell you…50 crunches is hard work!! I figured this would be a good place to (re)start those abs and then add to it. Work on getting myself a head start on some bikini worthy abs like these! Yes, I’m already thinking of summer :)
