Almost 16 weeks of training and race week is HERE!!
Coach Coleen and my running partner and pacer Lisa keeps reminding me that I have done the work and I’m am ready! I’ve built up my miles and worked my ass off for this one. I feel ready! It’s time to breathe (I hear you Coleen ), relax, stretch, eat and sleep and do this come Saturday!
The weather forecast right now looks pretty darn perfect!! Here’s hoping that it will stay that way. Please Mother Nature be nice
And Good Luck to all those running Boston Marathon tomorrow! Stay hydrated and take it easy and enjoy the experience!! That’s what I plan on doing this Saturday!!
